Today is the day! I actually have some pictures of what I’ve been up to in culinary school! I was able to track down a few pictures from some of my classmates (thanks Hadas and Dana!), and now have a good collection of pictures to share. To date we have worked on a wide range of foods such as beans and grains, sea vegetables, vegetarian proteins, and the appropriate, yet varying, cooking techniques for all. Every dish that we’ve cooked (and will continue to cook) has health supportive properties and can in many cases supplement the treatment of many diseases by relieving symptoms or promoting the body to reset and ultimately fix itself- we’ve talked a lot about the treatment of ailments from cancer, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases!
