Happy Memorial Day Folks!
I have a few things to share with you from this weekend, but it will have to wait until tomorrow because todays is a holiday! Much like my Easter Brunch post, I wanted to give you a few ideas for a special meal for today! Many people do Memorial Day Cookouts, and being that gorgeous day that it is here in Chicago today, I think I am going to have to shape my inspirations to fit that!
Kendra and I are going to Moody’s for Lunch, and then Judy and Katies for dinner. I’ll give you a little sneak peak as to what will come from tonight: Grilled Salmon, Pasta Salad, Caprese…. Yum, I know.
Okay, lets get started so you can get planning!
