When Indecision Strikes

Hi everyone!
As you all know, I love breakfast. That being said, there’s no rhyme or reason to this morning’s post, just my unconditional love for the meal of champions… and my indecision. What can I say… I wanted savory, sweet, and salty… so I did what my stomach told me to do: I had it all!
In the mix: Bagel thin; one half Justin’s Maple Almond Butter, one half regular cream cheese; kiwi, half of a banana, some strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
P.S. sorry about the bite in the AB bagel half… I couldn’t help myself, the smells were overwhelming. You can see my anxiousness in the way the spreads are spread (unevenly)… oops.

Can’t forget the iced coffee.

Thanks for stopping by!

Looks great – I always have trouble deciding on breakfast on the weekends. It's so hard because you're not pressed for time. I tend to do exactly what you did and "have it all" πŸ™‚

Jenn for the life of me I cannot find nut butters at the grocery store, I don't know if it is the stores I shop at or where I am looking. Help me please!! Where do you shop?

Oh no! That's so weird! What grocery stores are in Maryland? Any branch of Safeway? We have Dominick's (part of the Safeway stores) in Chicago and that is where I usually go. If you have a Jewel-Osco they have a great organics section with lots of yummy butters. I have a feeling that you wont have those grocers in Maryland however, so do you by any chance have a Costco card? Costco has the biggest jar of Maranatha almond butter that I have seen to date.
Your best bet, however, seems to be stopping by a Wholefoods or a Trader Joe's.
You could always order online but you usually have to buy a couple of jars and that would mean you have to commit to that brand for a while. I love to switch it up so that's not my usual way to go unless I cant get it in stores.

I am SOOOO completely excited about the fresh berries that are in season right now… Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries… Oh man I just can't get enough of any of them!

Costco is one of my favorite stores to buy berries with their giant clamshells full! I am going to make my own almond butter this afternoon… I'll let you know how it goes… But almond butter is just fantastic and pairs so perfectly with nutella! Happy Sunday!
